It was very important to Lefay that they partner with a vendor with sophisticated technology integrations, which led them to IDeaS Revenue Solutions. The revenue solution that Lefay chose was IDeaS Revenue Management System (RMS), which would help them determine optimal pricing, manage available rates and accurately forecast their property’s demand.
IDeaS RMS integrated with Lefay’s existing property management system (PMS) and channel manager, which took immediate advantage of their PMS automatically collecting daily data. Another significant benefit for Lefay was that IDeaS’ cloud-based software automatically updates with new features throughout the year, continually improving the use of the system. Having worked closely with the IDeaS team, they were also impressed with the high levels of customer service and reliability provided to them.
Ease of system interaction had also been key to Lefay’s decision making, with their revenue team evaluating metrics such as occupancy, room revenue, average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
