Converge 2024 opens with a welcome reception on Monday evening 4 November at 6:00 PM followed by a line-up of innovative sessions beginning Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM. We will close the summit with an evening reception following the sessions.
Converge 2024 will be held at The Peninsula Bangkok, located at 333 Charoen Nakhon Rd, Khlong Ton Sai, Khlong San, Bangkok 10600, Thailand. The hotel is a riverside hotel near shopping districts, with every 5 star room featuring sweeping views of the Chao Phraya River.
Converge 2024 will host senior leaders from across the hospitality industry interested in learning how to leverage technology to get ahead in 2024 and beyond.
Yes, Converge 2024 is a fee-based event. Early bird pricing is available until 1 April for $395 USD. After that date, standard pricing is $495 USD. Payment options are credit card or invoice.
Your registration fee includes access to all content, experiences, meals and networking during the conference, including admission to the Welcome Reception and Client Awards on Monday, 4 November, and the closing reception on Tuesday, 5 November.

Cancellation requests made by 10 October 2024 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests received after 10 October 2024 are eligible for a refund of 50% of your original payment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to converge@ideas.com. If you are entitled to a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the fees paid and will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for your own hotel and travel-related fees and adhere to the hotel or travel company’s cancellation policies.
Attire is business casual. Consider a light jacket or sweater as meeting rooms can be cool.
What are the health and safety requirements to attend Converge 2024?
The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority, and we continue to follow all government guidelines. We ask all attendees to avoid traveling to the event if they feel unwell.
Are discounted hotel rooms available for Converge 2024
At this time, we do not have a room block for guests at The Peninsula Bangkok. Rooms can be booked directly on the hotel’s website. Stay tuned for the room block
