Converge 2025 opens with a welcome reception on Tuesday evening 22 July at 6:00 PM followed by a line-up of innovative sessions beginning Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM. We will close the summit with an evening reception following the sessions.
Converge 2025 will be held at The Londoner, located at 38 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7DX, U.K. Leicester Square is a pedestrianized square in the West End of London, England, and is the centre of London’s entertainment district.
Converge 2025 is an exclusive event for IDeaS clients, bringing together senior leaders from the hospitality industry to explore how technology can drive success in 2025 and beyond.
Yes, Converge 2025 is a fee-based event. Standard pricing is $509 USD. Payment options are credit card or invoice.
Your registration fee includes access to all content, experiences, meals and networking during the conference, including admission to the Welcome Reception and Client Awards on Tuesday 22 July, and the closing reception on Wednesday 23 July.

Cancellation requests made by 1 July 2025 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests received after 1 July 2025 are eligible for a refund of 50% of your original payment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to converge@ideas.com. If you are entitled to a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the fees paid and will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for your own hotel and travel-related fees and adhere to the hotel or travel company’s cancellation policies.
Attire is business casual. Consider a light jacket or sweater as meeting rooms can be cool.
