Job Overview & Requirements
As a member of the IDeaS Client Services team you will be mapping the client journey through the IDeaS for Success program. You will be responsible for documenting the journey that a variety of different types of clients take through IDeaS for Success Program
The documentation will capture the various touch points that are involved in each part of the journey, the team members that are responsible for each part of the journey, the tools used, documentation used, risks of issues, areas for risk mitigation and/or process improvement.
For this role, you will have the opportunity to…
• Research, learn and document the journey of different types of clients take through IDeaS for Success Program
• Help identify risks and areas for improvement
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
Do you qualify? You must have…
• Planned degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or general business (undergraduate or graduate)
• Completed at least 2 years of undergraduate degree in targeted degree
• 3.0 or above GPA
• Proven degree of proficiency in the creation of complex documentation
• An inquisitive mind and with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• An ability to work with a wide range of colleagues
