The story

Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach, a luxury resort with 227 rooms overlooking the Andaman Sea, benefits from the expertise of Vikas Tomar, Accor’s Cluster Director of Revenue and Distribution. Tomar oversees revenue strategy for four hotels in Thailand, including this upscale Pullman property.

Before implementing IDeaS G3 RMS in January 2024, revenue tasks were manual and time- consuming. For the six months of March to September 2024, Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach recorded a 10.3% rise in RGI, a 13.3% boost in ADR, and a 10.5% increase in RevPAR compared to the same period in 2023. The hotel also consistently ranks first in its competitive set for ARI, highlighting its market rate leadership.
