Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda, the first jewel of the Lefay Resorts Collection, is located in Gargnano, Italy. Looking for a technology partner that understood their specific revenue management requirements and provided a solution with accessible, accurate and reliable data, Lefay invested in a thorough review of the revenue management vendors in the marketplace.
It was very important to Lefay that they partner with a vendor with sophisticated technology integrations, which led them to IDeaS Revenue Solutions. The revenue solution that Lefay chose was IDeaS Revenue Management System (RMS), which would help them determine optimal pricing, manage available rates and accurately forecast their property’s demand. IDeaS RMS integrated with Lefay’s existing property management system (PMS) and channel manager, which took immediate advantage of their PMS automatically collecting daily data. Another significant benefit for Lefay was that IDeaS’ cloud-based software automatically updates with new features throughout the year, continually improving the use of the system. Having worked closely with the IDeaS team, they were also impressed with the high levels of customer service and reliability provided to them.
Ease of system interaction had also been key to Lefay’s decision making, with their revenue team evaluating metrics such as occupancy, room revenue, average daily rate and revenue per available room (RevPAR). IDeaS’ revenue management solutions offer very intuitive dashboards, including the At-a-Glance screen which shows a single screen review of a month, including metrics such as forecasted room nights, best available rate and recent rate changes.
Lefay uses the IDeaS system to produce several different reports, taking full advantage of the customisable options and automatic distribution to appropriate recipients. Reports are shared with Lefay’s executive team during regular reviews.
