This first-of-its-kind program provides recipients with convenient access to online certificates and professional development opportunities — all tuition paid.

Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management

This certificate provides a holistic view of the application of revenue management concepts and practices to the hospitality industry. The courses in this series focus on several high-impact drivers for maximizing revenue: forecasting and availability controls, pricing and distribution channel management, overbooking and group management, and non-traditional revenue management applications.

Application Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Applicants must be employed in a full-time hospitality position
  • Applicants for the revenue certificates must either be responsible for revenue management or aspiring to grow into a revenue-management position; applicants for the data analysis certificate must be directly responsible for the data analysis function within one of the following departments: revenue management/optimization, distribution, or strategy
  • Applicants must be employed by a lodging services provider, including (but not limited to) hotels, motels, clubs, resorts, casinos, and theme parks
