I agree to give SAS Institute Inc. and its licensees and assigns (collectively “SAS”) full, royalty-free, worldwide permission to use my name, voice, image, likeness, text of interviews, presentations, statements, feedback, and performances photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded in connection with the IDeaS Resort Revenue Council Meeting taking place on 7/23/24 at the Mandarin Oriental Miami, along with any associated materials provided to SAS (collectively the “Recorded Material”).

SAS and its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “SAS”) may publish, copy, distribute, display and otherwise use any of this Recorded Material, including translations or excerpts, for any lawful purpose, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation publication of photographs on social media. SAS shall have no obligation to use any of the Recorded Material. This permission applies to me and will continue to bind anyone who may take over my care and/or property in the future.

I warrant I have full rights to grant this permission and that any materials I provide will not infringe the rights of third parties. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SAS and all other persons using Recorded Material under these terms from and against and any liability arising from that use, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity.
