With 36 resorts, hotels and casinos in some of the most spectacular locations in southern Africa, Sun International is globally recognized for providing superior hotel experiences. Due to increasingly complex bookings and changing demand, however, the company decided to update its primarily manual revenue management system to enable informed rate decisions.

The group pricing capability of IDeaS Revenue Management System helped the company maximize revenue opportunities for South Africa, a long-haul destination that is one of Sun International’s most important markets.

The company achieved an immediate revenue lift, while receiving a full return on capital investment within eight months.

After finding success with IDeaS Revenue Management System at its Sun City and Table Bay resorts, Sun International expanded the solution to properties in Swaziland and Zambia.
