In this first episode, I speak with Robert Herr, general manager at Burgenstock Hotels and Resorts, one of Europe’s premier travel destinations. Like so many hoteliers over the last few weeks, Robert had to make extremely difficult decisions for Burgenstock’s multiple properties perched high above stunning Lake Lucerne, Switzerland. Hear how Robert and his team went through their decision-making process and the steps they are taking to be ready for recovery.
