Congratulations to IDeaS 2022 Client Award Recipients

IDeaS is delighted to announce the winners of its 2022 client awards, a program that is central to our culture as we are committed to honoring individuals for their collaboration, partnership, bold thinking and mutual support of progress and innovation. The winners were celebrated at last week’s 2022 Converge Hospitality Revenue Summit in New York City, an event that brought together leaders from IDeaS global client base to celebrate innovation in revenue management.  

Partnership 

Scotty Muety, Vice President of Revenue Management at Viceroy Hotel Group, is the winner of IDeaS 2022 Client Partnership Award. According to Michael Maher, Principal Account Executive at IDeaS, who nominated Muety for the award, “Partnerships aren’t strengthened with niceties and back-slapping, but through open and frank conversations in hard times. The COVID-19 pandemic proved to be such a testing ground, and Scott exemplifies how we can forge these bonds in adversity.”

Innovation

Matthieu Lafaurie, Head of the Club (Revenue Management for Hire) & RM Projects at Radisson Hotel Group, is the winner of IDeaS 2022 Client Innovation Award. Laura McNally, Area Manager, Account Management – EMEA, at IDeaS, nominated Lafaurie for the award because he continuously strives to be ahead of the curve and finds endless ways to collaborate and innovate alongside IDeaS. Radisson was an early adopter of IDeaS RevPlan under Lafaurie, and he helped IDeaS ideate, test, and grow the solution with his flexibility and innovation.

Not only does Lafaurie drive innovation forward with his partnership and strategic thinking, Matthieu invests in his people. As Head of The Club of Radisson’s Central Management team, Lafaurie invests in education and nurturing revenue talent by partnering with IE University in Madrid to setup a summer campus for revenue management.
